Common questions
How do I restore Numstone Pro?
Open Settings in Numstone (the gear on the home screen) and tap Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Pro is a single purchase, so restoring it costs nothing.
How are stars awarded?
By pace. Two stars for one second per number, three stars for 0.7 seconds per number. On the 50 board that is 50 seconds and 35 seconds. Each wrong tap adds a second to your time.
I missed a day. Is my streak gone?
Not necessarily. When you come back, the home screen offers to repair the streak with shards, or by watching an ad if you are short on shards.
Why is there no sound?
Numstone follows the silent switch on your iPhone, so check that first. Sound, music and haptics each have their own switch in the app's Settings.
How do I change my ad choices?
Where consent is required, the app's Settings shows Ad privacy choices. Numstone Pro removes banner and full-screen ads. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I turn off reminders?
In iPhone Settings, open Notifications, then Numstone, and switch them off.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
